We like to think we have a sense of humor at home.

In fact, we actually think we’re pretty funny.

Amazing guacamole…which we pretty much eat on a daily basis…it’s green and it’s slimy, and so are boogers.
That makes us laugh.

Gigantic and tasty grass fed burgers…we eat a lot of those, ground meat is consumed EVERY DAY at our house…kinda’ sound like boogers too.
We’re still laughing.

The Great Booger Booger ~

It really is great.
Perfectly seasoned with a bit of oregano, fresh cilantro, and plenty of sea salt ~ accompanied by a huge pile of cilantro-scented smashed avocado, every bite simply melts in your mouth.

Every H.U.G.E. bite.

The Great Booger Booger (or Cilantro Scented Guacamole Burger for those of you with modest minds)

Serves 2-3

1 lb. grass fed ground beef
1/4 c. fresh cilantro, finely minced ~ use more if you like – we love extra cilantro!
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. cracked pepper

3 large avocados, peeled and mashed
1/2 c. Herdez Salsa Casera
1/3 c. fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. sea salt

1 large package Inka Plantain Chips

Preheat grill to medium heat.  Combine the beef, finely minced cilantro, oregano, salt, and pepper and mix well.  Form into 2-3 patties.  2 HUGE patties, if you’re really hungry.  Create a divot in the center of each patty before throwing on the grill and cooking to a juicy medium rare.
Meanwhile, smash and mash the avocados with the salsa, roughly chopped cilantro and salt.

Serve one booger atop the other, and be sure to dip the chips!
