I’m still on the Boozy Ice Cream kick, and I still have a stash of Bourbon Candied Pecans.

I’m going a little crazy, but that’s okay – I was already slightly crazy anyway.

The idea of booze inside the ice cream, making it slightly more “adult” with wine was a winner.

Thus, today’s version is even more adult, with bourbon.

Butter Pecan Bourbon Ice Cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup Bourbon Candied Pecans

Beat together the whipping cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form – very stiff. Fold in the nuts.
Transfer to a freezing dish and freeze overnight.

Drizzle with chocolate, if you dare.
