We are staying in…grilling steak, supping on roasted sweet potatoes and green veggies…with lots of wine…
…and then we are smothering ourselves in Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse.
Rich. Creamy. Delicious.
Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse
1 large avocado, very ripe
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup non dairy milk
2-4 Tbs. honey or agave nectar
pinch of sea salt
Process the avocado innards in the blender until smooth and creamy. Add the cocoa, milk, and sweetener, along with some salt. If you really want to take it to the next level, add a few Tbs. nut butter. Oh my!
