I’m still floored at the quality and delectability of Glass Vodka.

As I’ve stated before, I’m not much of a vodka drinker. In fact, I rarely partake…unless it’s in the form of Glass.
And, I don’t like sweet – so the intensity of the honey nectar infusion without the sticky sweet – continues to amaze me…

And refresh me, in this case. Elderflower aromas and grapefruit zing…

Honey Grapefruit Highball

2 oz. honey infused Glass Vodka Nectar
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
3/4 oz. St. Germain liqueur
3/4 oz. sweet vermouth
1 tsp. simple syrup
grapefruit twist
filtered ice

Combine the vodka, juice, St. Germain, vermouth, and simple syrup in a large mixing glass. Add ice and stir well. Strain, still serving over ice, topped with a twist.
