By the way, have you ever heard of Norman Cousins?  He laughed his way through cancer – meaning, he healed himself from cancer through daily laugh sessions.

Groups in India also have organized laughter groups.  There have been tremendous studies done on the benefits throughout the entire immune system and body as a whole from frequent bouts of giggles.  Remember how GREAT it feels when you laugh and smile!  Don’t just take my word for it.  Make it happen.  Make it a great day.
