Sweet Cucumber Salad

1 medium cucumber, sliced
1 bell pepper, roughly chopped
1 Tbs. oregano oil
1 Tbs. fresh sweet marjoram, chopped
1/4 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg
flaked sea salt

Toss all ingredients together and nosh – lunch on the go!
