We are big fans of chocolate almond bark in our house.
The crunch. The bittersweet. The yumminess.
You know what I mean.
And, I thought since it was spring time, a little color into the bark might be fun! Purple, yellow, green…it’s almost like I should have made this for Fat Tuesday and Mardi Gras.
Oh well, I’ll take a day in May.
And, it’s SO easy.
White Chocolate Swirled Almond Bark
10 oz. white chocolate chips
3/4 cup sliced almonds
gel frosting
Warm the white chocolate chips until melted. Stir in the almonds.
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the melted chocolate almond mixture.
Dab and line several colors of gel frosting on to the chocolate surface. Swirl with a toothpick.
Chill for 1 hour before breaking into pieces.
Viola!
