Charcuterie Garden

Some lunches call for a celebration – a birthday celebration, to be precise. These lunches arrive at the table looking like a tiny edible landscape: playful, abundant, and made with someone you love in mind. Today, for my husband’s birthday, I built a   Charcuterie Garden , and honestly, it might be one of my favorite creations yet. We both adore charcuterie. Truly, who doesn’t enjoy a beautiful selection of meats, cheeses, veggies, fruit, nuts, and more? A charcuterie tray is my very favorite meal, and I eat a version of it every single night. But this time, I wanted something whimsical. Something sculptural.
