We have quite a relationship with several of the best bartenders in town.
We aren’t heavy drinkers, but we are faithful on Fridays and Saturdays.
We also really love fact that our faithfulness leads us into a position of walking into a bar “where everyone knows your name.”
It’s quite a delight to be greeted with a familiar smile and your favorite drink simply waiting for you at “your spot” at the bar, just as you approach.

I will always be a wine lover, but there are times that call for my favorite gin martini or even a creative concoction from one of my favorite mixologists.

So, this, my dear Bree, is a dedication and thank you to YOU and your creativity.

Bree Pepper Blossom

2 large slices fresh jalapeño pepper
1/2 oz. St. Germain liqueur
2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1 large fresh basil leaf

Combine the St. Germain, vodka, ice, and grapefruit juice in a large cocktail shaker. Shake until ice cold.
Place the jalapeño slices at the bottom of a serving glass. Strain the ice and pour into the glass. Smack the basil leaf between your palms to release the aromas and gently place on top of the drink. Sip and savor.
