Everyone loves sushi, right?

I mean honestly, how could you not?

Fresh, fast, and just indescribably delicious.

Of course, I’m a huge fan of tuna and wasabi with my avocado sushi ~ but for a super simple sushi meal for vegans and vegetarians…and little kids (or picky bigger kids…), an avocado roll is the way to go.
