Vegan Cherry Vanilla Ice Créme
Cherry Vanilla Ice Crème
2 14oz. cans of full-fat coconut milk
1 c. raw honey
1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups fresh Rainier cherries, pitted and diced
In a large bowl, combine coconut milk, honey, and vanilla and stir well.
Chill for 1-2 hours.
Transfer to ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer directions.
Add diced cherries to the mixture during the last 5-10 minutes of processing.
