Winter Greens Kale Tuna Salad


Winter Greens Salad

1 cup fresh kale, shredded
1 cup Brussels sprouts, shredded
1/2 cup radicchio, shredded
1/2 cup fresh asparagus, chopped and lightly steamed
1/4 cup Maple Mustard Dressing
sea salt and pepper
1/2 cup wild-caught canned tuna or sardines, drained

 

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, sans the fish, and massage together until the kale and sprouts begin to soften. Toss in the fish.
