Sweet Corn Pesto



Sweet Corn Pesto

1 cup organic corn
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. sea salt

 

Using an immersion blender or high-speed blender, puree all ingredients until still slightly chunky.

 

Serve over pizza, pasta, eggs, greens, or anything at all!

 

It’s sweet, it’s savory, it’s smooth. It’s YUMMY!
