The French Twist 

2 oz. Lee Spirits Barrel Aged Gin
3/4 oz. St. Germain liqueur
1 splash dry vermouth
1 tsp. simple syrup
fresh lemon twist

 

Wistful thoughts of orchards are evoked when one splashes the first three ingredients together. 

Stir in an ice-filled glass, as if you are a revolutionary.

Strain into a coupe or martini cocktail glass.

Finish with a float of lemon peel and syrup, and tickle someone you love.
