Spiced Avocado Mousse & Blood Orange Cinnamon Cream 

Avocado Mousse:
3 ripe avocados
1 cup Artisana Organics Hazelnut Cacao Spread
1/4 cup Easy Blackcurrant Jam
1/4 cup fresh blood orange juice

1/4 tsp. ground cloves
pinch of salt

 

Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and whir until smooth – using the “jamming” tool to mix and fully incorporate. This mousse should be thick and rich.

 

Blood Orange Cinnamon Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbs. fresh blood orange juice
1 tsp. raw honey
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

 

Whip all ingredients together until thick, but not quite standing.

Dollop the cream over the mousse and serve in gorgeous, decorative coupes.
