Blood Orange & Golden Rum Cocktail

Blood Orange & Golden Rum Cocktail 

juice and zest of 1 blood orange
2 oz. Bacardi Gold rum
1 whole cinnamon stick
ice

 

Create one long zest twist using a citrus peeler from the blood orange.

Combine the juice from the orange with the rum and ice. 

Shake vigorously, until cold.

Strain.

Serve with a cinnamon stick and zest twist.
