Basil Feta Balsamic Persimmon Chips




Basil Feta Balsamic Persimmon Chips 

3 medium fresh persimmons, very thinly sliced
1 Tbs. balsamic reduction
2 Tbs. fresh basil, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh feta
1 Tbs. olive oil
sea salt and pepper

 

Assembly is quick and easy. Layer the thinly sliced persimmons across a decorative plate.


Drizzle with the reduction and olive oil and top with the basil and feta. 

Add more or less, to your pleasing. 

Season with salt and pepper.
