Rosemary Balsamic Artisanal Bread
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. fresh rosemary, minced
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
