Caramel Bourbon Ice Cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 oz. spiced caramel
2 oz. Bourbon
2/3 cup Bourbon Candied Pecans
Beat together the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form.
Meanwhile, slowly melt the caramel over low heat.
Drizzle in the bourbon and whisk until well combined. Stir into the whipping cream, and then fold in the nuts. Freeze overnight, before scooping.
