Lemon Oregano Brazil Nut Crumble



Lemon Oregano Brazil Nut Crumble 

1 heaping cup Brazil nuts, soaked for about 1 hour and drained
1 giant handful fresh oregano
1 cup lemon infused olive oil
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
zest of 1 lemon
sea salt and lots of pepper

 

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until somewhat crumbly, and somewhat smooth.
