Beet Blue Cheese & Dill


There’s really no secret here.

If you love beets; if you love blue cheese; if you love fresh dill – this recipe is for YOU!


Toss, stir, combine – drizzle with fresh lemon juice (and serve over rice, if you desire) and it will all come together as an amazing burst of flavor amalgamation in your mouth!!

 

Beet Blue Cheese & Dill

1 lb. roasted beets, peeled
8 oz. Maytag Blue Cheese, crumbled
3 Tbs. fresh baby dill weed, minced
1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
sea salt and pepper

 

Toss all ingredients together and serve at room temperature, as the perfect salad meal.
