Peanut Butter Swirl Chocolate Brittle Brownies
Peanut butter and chocolate are always a match made in heaven.
The creamy nut butter swirled into dark chocolate brownies makes for a truly amazing dessert for all of us – chocolate and peanut butter lovers, alike!
Peanut Butter Swirl Chocolate Brittle Brownies
2 1/2 cups white sugar
2/3 cups bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
1 cup butter, melted
4 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup smooth peanut butter
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
Set aside in a large bowl.
Fold in the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line an 8″x8″ baking pan with parchment paper and spread the chocolate batter inside the pan.
Add the peanut butter in large dollops and swirl the peanut butter throughout the batter with a butter knife.
Bake for 45-60 minutes, until the center is set.
Remove from the oven and cool for several hours before slicing and serving.
You may just want to get a giant glass of milk to enjoy with these little chocolate peanut butter brownie crisp babies! 🤤🍫🥜
