Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Cookie Bars
The blondie: just like a brownie, but without a deep, dark chocolate base.
This variety includes all the sweet and salty goodness that will leave you swooning and wanting more. Remember, the key is sweet AND salty, mixed together: salted caramel, peanut butter, chocolate, and salty pretzels cookie bars.

Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Cookie Bars
1 cup butter, softened to room temperature
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
14 oz. caramel chips
14 oz. peanut butter chips
14 oz. dark, bittersweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups salted pretzel pieces
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the butter, sweetened condensed milk, brown sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl with a stand mixer or hand mixer, until silky smooth.
Mix in the baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
Add the flour, 1/2 cup at a time, and mix well.
Fold in the caramel chips, peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and pretzel pieces.
Mix until well combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly over the sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown around the edges, and super aromatic.
Remove from the oven and cool for several hours.
Slice into 3-4″ bars and serve with a giant glass of milk.
