White Chocolate Crispy M&M Cookies
Call me crazy. I don’t believe I’ve been living under a rock – BUT, “Crispy M&Ms” are a totally new thing for me.
I don’t often shop for candy, and if it comes to M&Ms, peanut M&Ms will always have my heart. (I’ll make an exception for the Almond M&M Christmas edition – great childhood memories there), but Peanut IT IS for me. (Swoon, “Peanut M&M “breath,” I know, I’m strange).
In any case, these “crispy” little delights caught my eye at the market. I think it may have been the visually appealing green bag – who knows? But, paired with white chocolate chunks and baked into an egg-free cookie with sweetened condensed milk AND brown sugar, these home-baked cookies could be a new favorite.
