Lemon Curd Tahini Cookies

Let’s just face the facts, guys. They are delicious.
Bright and beautiful cookies made with homemade lemon curd and sesame tahini, along with just a few other items, these simple cookies will knock your socks off any time of year.
Lemon Curd Tahini Cookies
10 Tbs. butter or shortening, room temperature
1 1/2 cups homemade Easy Lemon Curd
3/4 cup sesame tahini
3 large eggs
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Whip together the butter, lemon curd, tahini, and eggs until smooth and creamy.
Add the sugar, vanilla, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Beat until smooth, again.
Add the flour, 1/4 cup at a time, mixing until well combined.
Chill the dough for 30-60 minutes.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Scoop 1″ balls onto the paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or so, until golden brown and fragrant.
Remove from the oven and cool for 10-12 minutes.
