Super Protein Mousse Cloud Bread 

1/2 cup powdered egg whites
1/2 cup Nuzest Clean Lean Protein (chocolate, vanilla, just natural, coffee)
1 cup water
1 cup cottage cheese, blended until smooth
(1 Tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder, optional – but great with the chocolate Clean Lean Protein)
pinch sea salt
fresh berries, preserves, etc.

 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.


Mix together the egg white powder, Nuzest, and water. Beat (using the whip attachment on a stand or hand mixer) until creamy and smooth.


Mix in the cottage cheese, and salt (and cocoa powder, if desired) until well combined and creamy.

 

Line a loaf pan, cake pan, or baking sheet with parchment and fill or form into desired shapes and outcomes.

 

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the peaks begin to brown.

 

Remove from oven and cool for several minutes before garnishing with your favorite accouterments before devouring then and there or here and now!
