Chocolate Cookies & Cream Oreo Cookie Slims
15 Double Stuf Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
1 can vanilla frosting (15.6 oz)
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the Oreo cookies (they will crumble with proper mixing), vanilla frosting, eggs, vanilla, baking soda and powder, and salt until mostly smooth. (Leave a few Oreo chunks - "cookies and cream").
Add the powdered sugar and flour, mixing well, until a good cookie dough texture forms.
Line baking sheets with parchment.
Form 1" round balls of dough and flatten into discs, placing on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 12-13 minutes, until puffy and starting to brown.
Remove from oven and cool (they will deflate) for 15-20 minutes before dunking in milk to devour!
By dunking Oreos in milk, you're able to maximize the taste of the Oreo. And if you dunk it for exactly three seconds, you'll achieve the best texture too.
