Chicken Nacho Layer Bake
A simple comfort food casserole made up of everything a 7-layer dip might have, but super warm and hearty and a full meal with pulled chicken.
Chicken Nacho Layer Bake
1 bag corn chips
1 ½ cups queso dip
1 ½ cups guacamole
1 ½ cups black bean refried beans
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
2 cup pulled chicken
fresh cilantro
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Crunch the corn chips and mix them together with the queso dip.
Transfer to a square baking dish.
Spread the guacamole in a layer over the top of the chips and queso.
Next, add a layer of black beans.
Finally, top with the shredded cheese.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, until cheese is bubbling.
Remove from the oven.
Allow to cool before topping with pulled chicken and fresh cilantro to serve.
