Apple Cinnamon Ring Bread Coffee Cake



Whether you call it a coffee cake to serve with breakfast and coffee, consume this moist and delicious bundt cake bread as a snack, or devour it as a dessert with vanilla bean ice cream, there is no denying that the simple baked cake is truly delicious!


It’s a simple cinnamon bread with the secret addition of dehydrated apple chips, which are processed into a fine crumb. YUM!

Apple Cinnamon Ring Bread Coffee Cake

 

3 cups Bare Snacks Apple Crisps, processed into a fine powder (3 bags)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbs. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. kosher salt
8 Tbs. butter (1 stick), melted
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350°F.

 

Prepare a bundt cake pan by spraying thoroughly with Baker’s Joy or liberally buttering and flouring.

 

In a large bowl, mix together the powdered apple crisps, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

 

In another bowl, cream together the butter, sugars, eggs, milk and vanilla.

 

Combine the dry and wet ingredients together and mix well.

 

Transfer to the prepared bundt cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

 

Remove from oven and cool for 30-40 minutes before inverting on a plate and slicing to serve for every form of consumption.
