Cinnamon Honey Pistachio Raisin Pastry Wreath
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 oz. pistachio butter
2 Tbs. whipped cinnamon honey butter
¼ cup honey-roasted pistachios, chopped
¼ cup raisins
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Roll out the puff pastry into one long and wide rectangle.
Slather with the pistachio butter and honey, then sprinkle with the chopped nuts and raisins.
Slice the slathered dough (messy) into 1” wide lengths.
Roll up each length and twist.
Then slice to reveal the yummy insides and roll into a wreath or round.
Bake for 25-30 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet until golden brown, taking note that the honey may ooze and begin to caramelize and burn.
Top with any excess chopped nuts after cooling and just before serving nice and warm..
