Cracked Pepper Tater Tot Loaf
I’m not really a tater-tot or potato-puff lover (unless it comes to a scene from Napolean Dynamite!)
But, combining these exceptionally seasoned tots with cream cheese and eggs, and then baking into a nice little loaf to be slathered and spread with anything and everything is right up my alley.
I imagine it’s up your alley too.

Cracked Pepper Tater Tot Loaf
1 pkg. frozen Alexia Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs (garlic and cracked black pepper)
4 large eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, melted
½ cup breadcrumbs
sea salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
Whisk together the eggs and cream cheese.
Stir in the potato puffs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to the prepared bread pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until baked through and set.
Remove from oven.
Cool and then chill for at least 24 hours before slicing and serving (reheating after slicing and slathering with anything and everything is THE BEST!)
