Chocolate Malt Cinnamon White Chocolate Cookies

Chocolate Malt Cinnamon White Chocolate Cookies

 

½ cup butter or shortening, room temperature

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

2 large eggs

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp. ground cinnamon

¼ tsp. sea salt

1 ¼ cup Nestle Nesquik chocolate malt powder

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

 

Preheat oven to 375°F.

 

Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

 

Using a hand or stand mixer, cream together the butter or shortening, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

 

Add the baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

 

Add the Nesquik and mix until well combined and silky.

 

Add the flour ½ cup at a time and mix until doughy, but not dry.

 

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

 

Form into 1 ½” wide cookie dough discs and bake on the parchment-lined cookie sheet for 1-14 minutes, until just beginning to brown – NOT TOO LONG.

 

Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before removing from the cookie sheet and devouring with ice cold milk!
