Kitchen Sink No-Bake Granola Bars
Sometimes the best kitchen magic happens when you don’t follow a recipe at all. These Kitchen Sink No‑Bake Granola Bars were born out of one of those glorious “use what you’ve got” moments—the kind where you raid the cupboard, toss together a handful of this and a scoop of that, and somehow end up with something downright irresistible. Think of them as an “everything but the kitchen sink” creation: a chewy, naturally sweet, nutrient‑packed bar built from everyday staples that just happened to play perfectly together.
Granola, pitted dates, raisins, cashew butter, local honey, and a hearty scoop of muesli all take a spin in the food processor before being pressed into a pan and chilled into snack‑time gold. No baking, no fuss, no rules—just wholesome ingredients transformed into bars you can slice, stash, and snack on without hesitation. They’re simple, satisfying, and honestly pretty amazing for something that started as a pantry clean‑out. Ready to make your own happy accident? Let’s dive in.

11oz. Oats and Honey Granola
2 cups pitted dates, chopped
1 cup raisins
16 oz. creamy cashew butter, divided

In the bowl of a food processor, pulse together the granola, dates, raisins, and half the cashew butter.

Next, combine the remaining cashew butter, honey, pecans, and muesli in the food processor. Pulse until well combined.
Transfer that to the same baking pan as the granola mixture.
Using a spatula, stir both loads of goodness together, combining well and making sure all ingredients are coated with the honey and cashew butter.
Firmly press down to set.
