Lemon Curd Easy Cake Bread

If you’re a lemon lover like me, prepare to meet your new obsession. (Well, I’m obsessed with SO many things lemon and otherwise, maybe you are too – but this one is pretty good to perseverate on for a while).

This lemon bread is the kind of recipe that feels almost too simple to be real; but trust me, it delivers every bit of the tangy, tender, bakery‑style magic you’re craving. With an easy boxed lemon cake mix as the base, a swirl of luscious lemon curd, and a generous scoop of crème fraîche for richness, this loaf comes together with just a handful of ingredients and almost no effort.

The result? A beautifully moist, sunshine‑bright lemon bread that tastes like it took hours, even though it’s one of the easiest bakes you’ll ever make. Perfect for brunch, gifting, or sneaking a slice with your morning coffee, this recipe is pure citrus bliss.

Let’s get baking! You’re going to love how fabulous and foolproof this one is. 🍋✨
