Sugar Cookie Crunch Cookies
Sugar cookies already have a way of winning people over—they’re soft, buttery, familiar in the best possible way. But these sugar‑cookie‑bite‑studded beauties take that classic charm and nudge it just a little further. Each cookie has the same nostalgic sweetness you expect, but with tiny bursts of extra flavor and crunch tucked inside. It’s the kind of upgrade that feels playful rather than fussy, like discovering your favorite childhood treat got a fun new twist without losing any of its comfort. Perfect for sharing, gifting, or “taste‑testing” more than you meant to.
Sugar Cookie Crunch Cookies
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
1 cup butter, softened
1 ½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. Sugar Cookie Crunch Candies
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Stir flour, baking soda, and baking powder together in a small bowl.
Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until smooth.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Gradually blend in flour mixture, ½ cup at a time.
Fold in the Sugar Cookie Crunch Candies.
Roll the dough into walnut-sized balls and then flatten. Place 2 inches apart onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake in the preheated oven until edges are just golden, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on the baking sheets briefly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
