Blueberry Chocolate Almond Pancake Protein Bread

Well, thinking hard, I found that humor, a real‑food vibe, and highlighting the blueberry‑chocolate magic of this bread recipe worked best.

This is a grain‑free Blueberry Chocolate Almond Protein Pancake Bread made with pancake mix, almond butter, and blueberries. Dense, fluffy, real‑food delicious.

But the story starts here:

Some people get peer‑pressured into bad decisions as teenagers; I somehow made it to adulthood only to be peer‑pressured into eating more protein. The pressure is real and intense! Does anyone else feel me?

A friend gifted me a bag of protein blueberry pancake mix, and instead of pretending I’m the kind of person who drinks shakes on purpose, I turned it into something I’d actually want to eat: a dense‑but‑fluffy Blueberry Chocolate Almond Pancake Protein Bread. I folded in a whole jar of chocolate almond butter, and a bag of dehydrated blueberries (along with eggs, a little butter, and a touch of water), and the result was rich, satisfying, and full of real ingredients—no flour, no grains, no weirdness. It just happens to be packed with protein, but let’s not make that the headline. It’s simply delicious food that happens to treat your body kindly.

Enjoy!

Blueberry Chocolate Almond Pancake Protein Bread

4 Tbs. butter, room temperature
1 ¼ cups Italian Dark Chocolate Almond Butter
3 large eggs
¾ cup water
1 bag Flourish Blueberry Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 Tbs. baking powder
5 oz. dried blueberries

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Using a stand or handheld mixer, cream together the butter, almond butter, and eggs.

Mis in the pancake mix and baking powder, drizzling in the water until reaching a thick pancake powder consistency.

Fold in the dried blueberries.

Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.

Transfer the batter to the parchment-lined bread pan.

Bake for 35-45 minutes until the loaf has risen and is golden brown and crusty on top.

Remove from the oven and cool for 1-2 hours before removing from the pan and slicing to serve.

Warm butter slathered on top, with a sprinkle of salt, REALLY takes this bread to the next level!

Flex your muscles – you are fueling with a load of protein and healthy fats! Way to go!
