🍌 Banana White Chocolate Cornbread

Banana White Chocolate Cornbread is unique, luscious, and a tender, golden loaf that refuses to sit neatly in any one category. It’s not quite banana bread, not quite traditional cornbread, and yet it borrows the best qualities of both.

Ripe bananas bring natural sweetness and moisture, while a silky white‑chocolate spread melts into the batter, adding a subtle creaminess that feels almost dessert‑like without ever becoming heavy. The familiar comfort of classic cornbread is still there, but softened, brightened, and transformed into something new. This bread is something you can enjoy warm with butter, slice for brunch, or serve as a unique sweet‑savory side.

It’s simple, unexpected, and quietly irresistible. This is the kind of recipe you create once and immediately know you’ll return to again and again.

🍞 Banana White Chocolate Cornbread

A soft, subtly sweet hybrid loaf with a creamy and very subtle white‑chocolate surprise.

3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 ½ cups white chocolate spread
1/3 cup melted butter
3 large eggs
¼ cup honey
1 cup whole milk
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ cups yellow cornmeal
1 Tbs. baking powder

½ tsp. kosher salt

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Cream together the bananas, white chocolate spread, butter, eggs, honey, and milk.

Once fully combined, add the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Slowly mix together until soft and smooth.

Line a large bread loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the bread mix into the pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove from oven and cool several hours to set before slicing and serving.

Top with butter, peanut butter, or just enjoy as is!
