BOTH are amazingly delicious, quite filling, and leave you Craving4More.

  • Thick, warm, crispy toast, slathered with mashed, creamy avocado, plenty of sea salt, and other salubrious, savory toppings.
  • A smoothie eaten from a bowl, with a spoon, rather than sipped from a cup, this fruit infusion is often topped with sweet crunchies such as granola, seeds or nuts, and dried fruit.

I find them both to be amazingly delightful – HOWEVER, I’m not a fan of COLD things in my body. No, thank you. Warm, warming, warm in my tummy, tum-tum!

Thus, a smoothie bowl served atop warm, toasty buckwheat buns from LIVE PACHA (easy to digest in every way – fermented, grain-free, and totally nutritious) is now my mojo.

Berry Smoothie Bowl Buckwheat Bun Toast

There’s nothing not to LOVE, like, adore, admire, crave, and consume!

Berry Smoothie Bowl Buckwheat Bun Toast

1 Live PACHA Buckwheat Buns, toasted
1 Tbs. all natural nut butter (peanut, cashew, or almond butter)
1 Tbs. full fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbs. Wild Blueberry Preserves
1 tsp. raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1-3 fresh strawberries, sliced
fresh mint, minced

Top the toasted buckwheat bun with nut butter, Greek yogurt, and preserves.
Sprinkle with pepitas, strawberries, and fresh mint.

Devour immediately. Absorb all that superfood goodness!
