Sometimes you want a brownie.
Sometimes you want a blondie.
You decide.
I suppose there may be a preference for ginger too – gingie 🤷🏼‍♀️
In which case, Candied Ginger Cinnamon Shortbread is your jam.

But, if you’re a chocolate – brownie – truffle – baked goods – cake – cookie – lover (or, really, just a human being), bake THESE.

Raw chocolate, chocolate brownie bites, chocolate truffles, chocolate chunks – use whatever you have on hand and enjoy the gooey, decadent delectability.

Chocolate Brownie Bite Cookie Bars

Chocolate Brownie Bite Cookie Bars

1 1/4 cup white sugar
3 large eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups RAW chocolate brownie bites (truffle chunks and pieces), chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together the sugar, eggs, butter, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Mix in the flour, 1/2 cup at a time.
Fold in all the chocolate brownie truffle chunks.

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and spread the THICK cookie dough batter evenly.

Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
Reduce the even temperature to 300 degrees and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove from oven and cool for several hours to set, before slicing and serving.

These delectable bars are ooey-gooey, gorgeous, and great! (Especially, STILL a touch warm) 😋!
