We all have cravings. All of us CRAVE 4 MORE at times.
Of course we do.
We crave for more attention, for belonging, more love, more happiness, more sunshine, more tacos, and more chocolate! Duh! 🙄

Ha! But, some of us need our cravings to be in the way of both gluten-free and grain-free items (and refined sugar-free too). I’ve got you here.

This exceptionally tasty and easy recipe for Chocolate Cherry Pecan Muffins uses almond flour to eliminate gluten and grain, AND honey to create a refined sugar-free baked yummy!

Chocolate Cherry Pecan Almond Flour Muffins

4 cups almond flour
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup honey
6 eggs
1 cup melted butter, cooled
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup dried cherries
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl add the wet ingredients first (eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and honey) and stir until fully combined.

Add the dry ingredients (almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, and cocoa powder). Mix until fully combined. Fold in the dried cherries and pecans.

Scoop the thick batter into two paper lined muffin pans. Top each muffin with additional chopped pecans, if desired.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow muffins to cool before serving.

YUMMY!!!
