Dark Chocolate Raisin Spice Cookies

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract

16 Tbs. (2 sticks) salted butter, room temperature
4 large eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar

1 1/2 cups flame raisins
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chunks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and vanilla. Set aside.

In another large bowl, cream together the butter, eggs, and sugar, until light and fluffy.

Mix the dry ingredients together with the wet, until well combined.

Fold in the raisins and chocolate chunks.

Place 1″ round scoops of the dough on parchment lined cookie sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes, until chewy and soft.

Remove from the oven. Cool for 10-15 minutes, and then dunk in the milk of your choice to devour.
