We all CRAVE and deserve a bit of magic in our lives.
Sparkles do that.
Glitter, glow, shine, flash, twinkle, flicker – it’s all enchanting.

And life justifies spellbound moments for no reason at all.

Coupled with sweet butterscotch, milk chocolate, and crunchy pecans, it’s only a bit of wizardry involved in baking these magical morsels.

Golden Sparkle Butterscotch Chocolate Pecan Cookies

10 Tbs. butter, room temperature
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch sea salt
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped
golden “dust” (edible golden sparkles mixed with powdered sugar)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream together the butter, sweetened condensed milk, and sugar until super duper creamy.
Mix in the baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Mix in the flour, 1/2 cup at a time.

Fold in the candy chips (butterscotch and chocolate) and then the pecans.

Form into 1″ sized dough balls and flatten.

Place 1″ apart on parchment lined cookie sheets.

Bake 10-13 minutes, until just beginning to brown.

Remove from oven and cool for 10-15 minutes.

Dust with golden sparkles.
