Upon Valerie’s recommendation, we’ve shifted just slightly from the perfected sourdough of weekly expectation – we’ve moved to a slightly sweeter version, with local honey, but also a richer flavor, as a bread baked with buttermilk and real butter (cream + vinegar, actually, and real butter), rather than just water.
Oh my.
The results…
