Fall is my very favorite time of year.
The air is crisp, the nights are COLD and the days are bright and cool.
The sun shines differently – the vibration of the earth is soothing, calming: perfect.
We can smell the leaves, feel the energy of change, and sense the power of life.

Autumn is invigorating!

It’s also really darn cute.
Pumpkin spice and everything nice – the décor and flavors are all amusing and pleasing.

So, to fulfill your CRAVING4MORE sweet treat bites this fall season, whip up a batch of Nilla Chocolate Acorn Sweet Cookie Bites – the festivity is among us!

Nilla Chocolate Acorn Sweet Cookie Bites

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup vanilla icing
30 Mini Nilla Wafer cookies
30 chocolate Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
30 mini chocolate chips

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave (in a microwave-safe bowl) at 50% power for about 90 seconds. Stir until smooth. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, if necessary, until creamy and smooth.

Spread a small amount of the chocolate onto the flat side of each cookie and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss on top. Place on the prepared baking sheet, flat side down, and repeat with the remaining cookies and Kisses.

Refrigerate or freeze until set.

Pipe a smidge of vanilla frosting onto a mini chocolate chip and attach it to the top of the wafer to create the stem.

Place back onto the baking sheet until all the acorns are finished.

Refrigerate or freeze again to set completely.
