I would say there’s nothing like the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. I mean, honestly, it’s a match made in heaven. Even if you prefer neither, when they are together – my god – the skies part. It’s good.
For some, though, peanut butter and banana is more their thing. Elvis, for one – didn’t he add bacon and/or marshmallow fluff to those famous sammies too? Most likely.
That’s not my style.
But, this is: Peanut Butter Banana Sweet Crescent Roll 🍌🥐

Peanut Butter Banana Sweet Crescent Roll

1 recipe Homemade Pizza Dough
1 Tbs. ghee or butter, room temperature

2 Tbs. smooth peanut butter
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced
2 tsp. sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Follow the instruction for the Homemade Pizza Dough up until rolling out the dough. Do that, for sure
.

Then, evenly spread a layer of ghee over the top of the top, and another layer of peanut butter.
Top with the sliced bananas and sprinkle with sugar.

Roll lengthwise (longways).

Cut into halves or thirds and then twist the ends around (or just one end) to create a crescent shape. 🥐

Bake on a parchment lined sheet pan until golden brown on top and oozing sweet peanut butter, about 25 minutes.

Drizzle any oozing sweet peanut butter on top, just before serving hot/warm.

You’re welcome.
