So, since I bake SO often (almost daily for the sweet treats + dinner [yes, definitely everyday, but not always blog-worthy]), I tend to “force feed.”
My hope is to please, satisfy, and delight. And, food is my love language. I’m a Mama Bear, a nurturer, and I tend to channel my non-existent Italian grandmother and force my brews, baked goods, and bites on others. It’s just who I am. “Sigh” 😔

Alas, no force feeding here. This one is a craved for concoction.
I’m a chocolate and peanut butter lover – and so is Brian. But, when large doses of peanut butter are involved, the craving evolves and metamorphisizes into a ravenous desire!!

Enjoy and ravenously devour: Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Banana Bread

2 ripe bananas, peeled
1/3 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. of sea salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup dark chocolate chunks

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Using a fork, mash the two bananas in a medium sized bowl.
Mix in the butter, cream, eggs, and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
Whisky in the sugar, creamy peanut butter, baking soda, and salt.
The mixture should be smooth, but a little chunky from the bananas and peanut butter. If you want a super smooth texture, using an electric mixture.
Fold in the flour until well combined, and then the dark chocolate.

Thoroughly oil and flour one large loaf pan, or 2-3 smaller ones, pour in the batter, and bake for 55-60 minutes (30-35 minutes for smaller loaves) until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool for at least 1 hour before removing from the pan and enjoying sliced, slathered with butter or peanut butter and a glass of milk – or just on its own. YUM! 😋
