Baking is always the answer – as is the super duper combination of salty and sweet!

Today we have the best: Salted Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies.

Salted Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies

8 oz. butter, softened
8 oz. all natural creamy peanut butter

3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1 cups dark chocolate chunks
flaky finishing salt

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Using a stand mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and eggs until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and sea salt and mix until well combined.
Add the flour, one cup at a time, until stiff.
Fold in dark chocolate chunks.

Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.

Form into 1″ balls and flatten with the back of a glass on parchment lined cookie sheets.

Sprinkle each cookie with a bit of flaky salt.

Bake for 15 minutes, until cooked through.

Sweet and salty for the win. Always!
