Peanut butter cookies are one thing, and so are chocolate peanut butter cookies. But what about White Chocolate Nutella Graham Cookies? It’s all the good stuff packed into one heck of a cookie!

White Chocolate Nutella Graham Cookies

1 cup butter, room temperature
1 cup Nutella (or chocolate hazelnut butter)
1 cup white sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (finely processed in blender or food processor)
6 oz. white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream together the butter, Nutella, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla.
Then stir in the dry ingredients until well combined.

Place in golf-ball sized rounds on a parchment lined baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
