    1. For the kids I wanted to do something sweet. I mixed bananas, coconut, walnuts, dates, applesauce and oats and baked into bars. THEN, I made an amazing frosting from cashew cream – soaked cashews, a few dates and vanilla in the blender. Divine! You could totally whip something up without the oats – use some almond flour or coconut flour – or both! Ashley Kipp http://www.craving4more.com

      1. Yum, I love cashew cream, but I honestly never make it. I’ll totally have to try this out sometime with almond or coconut flour, as you suggested. How fun!

        1. Maybe I’ll make it for you…. OR you could sign up for my class next Saturday and experience cashew cream in ways you never imagined. I promise…you’ll be able to eat everything on the menu 🙂

          1. I would love to come, but I have a sandbag certification at my gym from 9:30am – 6pm that day, so won’t be able to join you. I’d love to come to another demo of yours sometime though!

          2. Saturday the 26th too! The menu won’t be quite as special, but still good. I will send you February’s calendar too. Have FUN next Saturday!

  1. I’m glad your sharing “Feel good, be good, DO GOOD” and linking it to our blog was so clever. The kids looked like they really had fun and appreciated the good food. That is so important!
