That kind of says it all. These are super duper delicious, gluten-free Peanut Butter Everything Cookies! By everything, I mean they’ve got the peanut butter, the white chocolate, the pecans, and the cranberries. We are all Craving4More.

Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Everything Cookies

8 oz. butter, softened
16 oz. PB Crave Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Peanut Butter
3 large eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sea salt
2 cups Pamela’s Artisan Gluten Free Flour
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries

Preheat the oven to 355 degrees.

Using a stand mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and eggs until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt and mix until well combined.
Add the flour, one cup at a time, until stiff.
Fold in white chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and cranberries.

Form into 1″ balls and flatten with the back of a glass on parchment lined cookie sheets.

Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
